Availability and delivery

Sandwich-type immunochromatographic test for the detection of leukemia virus and antibodies to acquired immune deficiency virus in the blood of cats.

The material can be whole blood, serum or plasma.

 

The package contains

  • Tests (10 pcs), droppers (10 pcs)
  • buffer (2 pcs)
  • EDTA tubes (10 pcs)
  • statement

 

Procedure

  • Take blood into a tube with EDTA (there may also be serum)
  • Take a blood/serum sample with a dropper.
  • Drip 1 drop of the sample, 3-4 drops of buffer for the test and wait 5-10 minutes.

 

Results

  • Positive: current line T and C
  • Negative: only line C present
  • If line C is missing, the test is defective
