 Veterinary Clinical Chemistry

Veterinary clinical chemistry is a branch of veterinary medicine that studies the chemical composition of biological samples from animals, mainly blood, urine and body fluids. It is a key branch of veterinary diagnostics, enabling the assessment of organ function, health monitoring and diagnosis of animal diseases. As part of veterinary clinical chemistry, a number of biochemical tests are performed, including the determination of enzymes, electrolytes, hormones, proteins and other biochemical parameters, which allows for a comprehensive assessment of the health status of the veterinary patient.
