Sandwich-type immunochromatographic test for the detection of parvovirus (CPV) in dog faeces.
The package contains
- Tests (10 pcs), droppers (10 pcs)
- buffer tubes (10 pcs)
- swabs (10 pcs)
- statement
Procedure
- Take a swab from the rectum.
- Place the swab in a tube with buffer, mix well and leave to stand for 1 minute.
- Take a sample from the top layer of dropper fluid
- Drip 3 drops for the test and wait 5-10 minutes.
Results
- Positive: current line T and C
- Negative: only line C present
- If line C is missing, the test is defective
