A modern biological microscope used in research in veterinary medicine, bacteriology, immunology, pharmacy and other scientific fields, in analytical laboratories. It is equipped with a trinocular attachment that allows you to connect any microscope camera with a C-mount mount, in an independent observation path. The trino tube has the ability to adjust the height, allowing you to adjust the focus on the camera sensor and with glasses. It is the first microscope in our range to feature infinity-corrected optics with 60mm optical lengths. This allows for a greater working distance, and the large diameter of the lenses allows the use of glasses with a larger than standard field of view.
The device is equipped with high-quality planachromatic lenses, in a coded revolver bowl, offering a highly detailed image.
The large table is very practical and user-friendly. It has hidden gears and moves relative to the tripod only in the Y-axis, which saves valuable space on the sides of the microscope. The holder allows you to attach two specimens at once and compare them quickly.
Thanks to the use of LED lighting, we obtain high brightness and high lifespan. LEDs do not heat up as much as halogen lamps. This is particularly useful for very long, uninterrupted observations. The microscope has automated illumination, adjusting its power to the currently selected objective. The user can also manually adjust the brightness of the lighting.
The built-in field aperture allows the illuminator to be set according to the Koehler principle, i.e. to obtain images with maximum resolution, brightness and contrast, especially at maximum magnifications.
Technical parameters in the standard configuration:
- Wide-field eyepieces 10x/22 mm.
- Trinocular head of the Siedentopf type, inclined 30 o, with tube adjustment in the range of 47-78 mm, light division 50/50, rotatable 360 o.
- The third optical path, with the ability to adjust the distance of the sensor from the plane of the specimen (magnification factor 0.5x).
- Infinity-corrected lenses, 60 mm optical length, planachromatic: 4x NA 0.1, 10x NA 0.25, 40x NA 0.65 LWD 1.5 mm, (cushioned), 100x NA 1.25 (cushioned, oil-mounted).
- Five-socket revolver bowl, facing backwards.
- Mechanical stage with dimensions: 185 x 142 mm, with a range of movement 78 x 54 mm, with a holder for two specimens.
- Height-adjustable Abbe N.A. 1.25 condenser with scaled iris aperture, centering mechanism, filter clip (30 mm) and the ability to attach a slide for bright and dark field observations, as well as phase contrast.
- Focusing system: macro and micro knobs located coaxially. Coarse movement – 37.7 mm per revolution. Fine movement – 0.2 mm per revolution. Elementary division: 0.002 mm. Range of motion – 28 mm.
- Mechanism for setting a fixed lock with an Allen key.
- Bright LED lighting with 3W power and long life, automated and user-settable.
- An LCD panel on the front of the microscope showing the basic parameters of illumination.
- Field aperture, allowing the illumination to be set according to the Koehler principle, allowing to increase the contrast of the observed samples.
Possibility of expansion with other elements or construction in a different configuration, m.in.:
- A dark field clip mounted in the condenser.
- Phase contrast set.
- Simple polarization kit.
- 100x planachromatic objective with water immersion
- 60x planachromatic objective
- 20x planachromatic objective
- Photo adapter with 1x magnification factor (for cameras with sensor larger than 1/1.7")
