Hepathogen cane – tablets is a supplementary feed mixture for medium and large breed dogs with the content of mannan oligosaccharides and extracts of milk thistle, turmeric and artichoke, intended to support the proper functioning of the liver in dogs.
The content of fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) and butyric acid supports the normal functionality of the intestinal microbiota and normal intestinal permeability.

Dicalcium phosphate, yeast products (MOS – mannan oligosaccharides) 6.89%, sodium pyrophosphate, inactive yeast, hydrolyzed animal proteins (of poultry origin), FOS – fructo-oligosaccharides 4.13%, product produced by Lactobacillus species (Limosilactobacillus reuteri NBF1) 4.13%, hydrolyzed fish protein, mono-, di- and triglycerides of fatty acids (behenic acid), maltodextrin, post-extraction soybean meal, vegetable oils and fats (hydrogenated palm oil), magnesium salts of stearic acid, sodium chloride, oils and fatty acids (sunflower oil). *thermally inactivated

Action
Silymarin protects the liver against numerous toxic and metabolic factors, stabilizes the cell membrane of liver cells and has a regenerative effect on this organ.
Artichoke stimulates the production and secretion of bile, which causes more intensive work of liver cells and stimulates secretory functions. In addition, chloroprenic acid and cynarin inhibit lipid peroxidation processes that occur in the case of toxic liver damage.
Turmeric significantly reduces the level of bilirubin, transaminase and alkaline phosphatase in the case of toxic liver damage. It has an antioxidant effect.
