An immunochromatographic assay, sandwich-type for the detection of kailcivirus and feline herpesvirus in eye, nose and serum secretions.
Package Includes
- tests, droppers
- buffer
- swabs
- statement
Procedure
- Take a conjunctiva/nasal swab.
- Place the swab in the container with the buffer, mix well and leave for 1 minute to stand
- Take a sample from the top layer of the liquid into the dropper
- Sprinkle 3 drops on the test and wait 5-10 minutes.
Results
- Positive: T and C line present
- Negative: Only line C present
- If C-line is missing, the test is faulty
Test shelf life - 18 months
