A quick cassette test that allows you to detect antibodies useful in the diagnosis of tick-borne diseases in dogs in a short time. With a single test, we can confirm or exclude the presence of antibodies to E. canis, Anaplasma, B. gibsoni.

The test can be performed from a previously collected sample of plasma, serum and whole blood.

Procedure:

Remove the sealed sachet, buffer bottle, and EDTA tube for blood sample collection.
Remove the test cassette from the packaging and place it horizontally on a clean surface.
Collect a blood sample from the canine patient into an EDTA tube.
Collect a sample of whole blood, plasma, serum using a disposable dropper and drop 1 drop into the wells on the cassette, and then drop 4 drops of the buffer into the appropriate wells.
(ATTENTION! If serum is used as test material, the sample should be centrifuged after collection.)
Read the result after 5-10 minutes. After more than 10 minutes, the result should not be read.

Interpretation of the result:
Positive: Current T and C line
Negative: Only line C is present
If the C line is missing, the test is faulty and unreliable
