Dogs Plate Vet Gastro+is a wet, specialized complete food with reduced fat content for dogs struggling with pancreatic diseases - both acute and chronic inflammation. It will also work well in dogs who are struggling with intestinal enteropathy.

Our food for dogs with pancreatitis is characterized by an appropriately selected composition that supports the digestion process and minimises the risk of worsening the symptoms of the disease. The key element of the diet is the low fat content, as fats are difficult to digest by dogs suffering from pancreatitis and can lead to deterioration of health. It is usually recommended that their level does not exceed 10% in dry matter. Reaching such a low fat content can be a challenge, especially with traditional meat sources. The perfect alternative is kangaroo meatwhich belongs to the thinnest and perfectly suited in the diet of dogs with pancreatic problems.

Gastro+is a digestible food to minimize the load of the pancreas, thanks to high quality protein and carbohydrates (here the source is the batat).
It also has a limited fibre content which, in the case of pancreatitis, is important to reduce dietary fiber levels.
