An immunochromatographic, antigen, sandwich-type assay for the detection of Candidia albicans in birds and reptiles.

Procedure
- Swab from the rectum or mucous membranes of the oropharyngeal cavity.
- Place the sample in the buffer tube, mix well and leave to stand for 1 minute.
- Withdraw the top layer of liquid with the dropper.
- Drop 4 drops per test. Wait 5-10 minutes.
Results
- Positive: T and C line present
- Negative: Only line C present
- If C-line is missing, the test is faulty
