Manufactured to measure using solid polypropylene (PP) plate welding technology - a material resistant to damage, facilitating sterility, relatively light and fully waterproof. We offer the possibility of composing hospital sets with dimensions and equipment tailored to the special needs of the customer.
Our incubators provide stable, automatic control of temperature (heated bottom) and humidity.
Each product in the set has two interchangeable solid polycarbonate fronts (a more durable material than "plexiglass"):
1. Leak-proof - used for oxygen therapy, during which the exhaust fan is switched on only when the humidity level higher than the desired one is reached
2. With holes - so the post-operative incubator can also be used as a hospital cage
We provide up to 10 years of warranty on the strength of the structure and up to 3 years of warranty on equipment! www.ftvet.eu
- Durability through welding:
Our cages are made using hot welding technology, which guarantees exceptional durability of the structure for many years. As a standard, we provide a 7-year warranty on our welds, with the possibility of a cost-free extension of up to 10 years.
- Waterproof
Polypropylene is a waterproof material, and our tightly fused welds ensure absolute waterproofness. We do not use adhesives or silicones, which lose their effectiveness over time.
- Durability
The welded structure can easily cope with heavy loads. Our cages can be stacked on top of each other to create sets of any configuration.
- Impact resistance
The high resistance of the material (20 kJ/m²) means that even wild animals will not damage our cages. This applies not only to the structure itself, but also to the transparent solid polycarbonate fronts.
- High temperature resistance
Polypropylene can withstand a constant temperature of 100°C and only melts from 170°C, which allows for the safe use of heating systems in our cages. Therefore, it can be sterilized with boiling water.
-Lightness
Our cages are extremely light. A 1 m² slab weighs only 5.4 kg. For example, a cage in size "S" (60x50x45 cm) weighs just over 8 kg, and an "L" (110x60x50 cm) cage weighs 16.2 kg. This makes it easier to manipulate frames.
- Hygiene and easy to clean
The non-stick surface of polypropylene is an undoubted advantage when it comes to maintaining hygiene.
In FT VET cages, cleaning the faeces is also easy due to the welding technology used, thanks to which there are no gaps in which dirt can accumulate.
The possibility of sterilization with chemicals and boiling water without damaging the surface of the material are other important advantages of our material!
- Security
Polypropylene is completely safe for animals. It is certified for the storage of drinking water and food. Thanks to its resistance to chemicals, it is widely used in laboratories and industry, including for the storage of acids and oils.
- Ecological production
As surprising as it may sound, our cages are 100% recycled. The entire production is carried out in the spirit of "zero waste" – without toxic adhesives and sealants, and production waste is processed into granules, which are reused.
